The Constitution Allows The Federal Government  18 Powers

Enumerated Powers Act – proposed in 2007 did not pass in the last session of Congress. sponsored by Rep. John Shadegg [R-AZ3]with 53 cosponsors. This bill is being brought back from the dead with the accelerated radical policies destroying our great nation.

Last week a fiscal conservative, on the radio, no less made as one does a very poignant statement that sums up the current feelings and fears (fear is the lack of faith) of Americans in and of the current administration. In using the term Regime is most appropriate:

A form of government: a fascist regime.
A government in power; administration: suffered under the new regime.
A prevailing social system or pattern.
