Racial Profiling?

Who is the Real Racist, National Security Threat?

A Civil Servant is Sometimes like a broken cannon – it won’t work and you can’t fire it.

General George S. Patton

The radical left would like you to believe that upholding the law, and protecting the country is somehow crazy, fascism.

The Constitution Section 8,

The Congress shall have the Power to lay and collect taxes, Duties, Imports and Excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defence and general welfare of the United States..

…to provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the law of the Union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions.

Lets see how some of our not so closest friends handle immigration…

Bordering on Insanity

If you cross the North Korean border illegally you get 12 years hard labor.

If you cross the Iranian border illegally you are detained indefinitely.

If you cross the Afghan border illegally, you get shot.

If you cross the Saudi Arabian border illegally you will be jailed.

If you cross the Chinese border illegally you may never be heard from again.

If you cross the Venezuelan border illegally you will be branded a spy and your fate will be sealed.

If you cross the Cuban border illegally you will be thrown into political prison to rot.

If you cross the U.S. border illegally you get:

  • a job,
  • a drivers license,
  • social security card,
  • welfare,
  • food stamps,
  • credit cards,
  • subsidized rent or a loan to buy a house,
  • free education,
  • free health care,
  • a lobbyist in washington
  • billions of dollars worth of public documents printed in your language
  • the right to carry your country’s flag while you protest that you don’t get enough respect

Rules for Radicals Chicago Style Attacks on State Sovereignty

In addition to the false racist claims in the useless media the “Economist Magazine” even jumped  into the fray with this Radical Left wing  tactical attack on an Arizona Republican Senator Russell Pearce.

RUSSELL PEARCE is the quintessential Arizona Republican. He wears stars-and-stripes shirts and has clips of John Wayne and Ronald Reagan on his website. He loves guns, his family, his Mormon faith, his country and the law, which he enforced for many years as deputy sheriff of Maricopa County. He jokes that being Republican, and thus not having a heart, saved his life when he got shot in the chest once. But his main passion is illegal immigrants, whom he calls “invaders”. He loathed them even before his son Sean, also a sheriff’s deputy, got shot by one. But now it is personal.

Economist Magazine

This article jumps on the lamestream media bandwagon in opposing this law. Lets look at some of the statements that are untrue and/or inaccurate: The article “implies”, “presumes” certain untruths about Senator Russell Pearce of Arizona

Attacking his Cristian faith is Step One, of the Chicago Style Alinksy tactics There  is no evidence that Sen. Pearce hates illegal immigrants, either now or before his son was murdered? Sorry, but being pro-immigration enforcement does not equal hatred.

Illegal immigration is a federal crime. Mr Pearce’s law, however, would also make it a state crime and would require the police, as opposed to federal agents, to make arrests and check the immigration status of individuals who look suspicious to them.

Citizens who think their cops are not vigilant enough would be encouraged to sue their cities or counties, and no city or county may remain a “sanctuary” where this law is not enforced.

The law actually would require state police to work in conjunction with federal immigration agents, not opposed to them. They also would require probable cause to check immigration status, and would not be able to check whenever they are merely suspicious.

…First of all, these are anarchists. They’re not worried about profiling. They simply support lawbreakers. They — what they’re doing is helping to destroy this nation. We’re a nation of laws.

And this whole republic was built upon the rule of law. You don’t have a right to break into my country, just like you don’t have a right to break into my home. What we have — and L.A. is the poster child for this — are sanctuary policies. They’re actually illegal under federal law to have a policy that restricts law enforcement. But we have it, Operation 40 in L.A., Operation 1.4.3 in Phoenix. Enough is enough. I mean, does it take another Rob Krentz to be murdered?

Russel Pearce

The radical Alinskites screamed first that this law promotes racial profiling.” to the contrary, 70% of Arizonans support the bill, including 53% of democrats. The Left does not back their implications with facts, Have you noticed the majority of screaming is coming from outside of Arizona

” Arizona is an overwhelmingly white state, and virtually all illegal immigrants—perhaps about half a million in the state—are Hispanic. Whom else would cops suspect and arrest but the brown ones? Even American Latinos who happen to be out without their driving license might be at risk.”

A police officer doesn’t have any more authority to stop you under this law than they had yesterday. A police officer doesn’t have any more authority to arrest you yesterday than they did today. We’re simply taking the handcuffs off.

Citizens aren’t required to carry any documentation they weren’t required to carry yesterday. And if — in Arizona, if you have a driver’s license, a state I.D., and social security card, that’s presumption that you’re in the state legally. But under federal law, we took federal law and put it into state law.

Do they not read anything? We took federal law and put it in state law. States have always had inherent authority to enforce these laws, always. But we put handcuffs on our law enforcement and not allowed them to.

So, we have taken federal law, put it into state law, with some teeth that says, we are going to enforce our law, reasonably, responsibly, fairly, but we’re no longer going to apologize for enforcing our laws, protecting our citizens.

Russel Pearce

“Republicans run Arizona and are now in a state of hysteria” More False presuppositions, Arizona is not in a state of hysteria, the illegals communist supporters around the country are acting as if Arizona is in hysteria, let them boycott Arizona Tea, it is brewed, bottled and headquartered in New York.

- A rancher being killed by a foreign national because of an unsecured border is a serious matter. You would liken efforts to secure our southern border to hysteria??

I had the ranchers up here after Rob Krentz was murdered on the border. And I listened to their stories, from Sasabe to Douglas about what’s going on, on that border.

It’s as bad or worse than it’s ever been.

Russel Pearce

Chicaco Style Radical Catholic Clergy

That in itself is an oxymoron, I always thought the Catholic church and members were law abiding citizens?

“Roger Mahony is archbishop of America’s largest, and very Hispanic, archdiocese, Los Angeles, and will soon be succeeded by a Latino. He calls Mr Pearce’s bill “the country’s most retrogressive, mean-spirited and useless anti-immigrant law” and wonders whether Arizonans are “now reverting to German Nazi and Russian Communist techniques”.”

Mahony panders to a pro-open borders constituancy in the LA area [media speak for radical]. He directed the clergy in 2006 to ignore federal immigration law, so he simply doesn’t care for any immigration laws. He should also worry about his own problems first. Under his watch, 508 victims were paid in settlement for sexual abuse claims. Why are you quoting this individual as if he has any credibility on the Arizona immigration law? He should maybe clean up his own pedofile problems first

“Illegal is not a race; it is a crime,” Mr Pearce likes to retort. And many Arizonans agree with him. Arizona has become the main crossing point for Mexicans, some of whom have brought Mexico’s drug violence with them.

We’re going to protect our citizens in Arizona. We’re going to enforce the law.

Russel Pearce

The Real Chicago Style Politician

Lets not forget Illinois Gutierrez (D) who held out on his Socialized Health Care Vote until Obama threw him an immigration bone, [along with Kucinich he wasn't savy enough to get billions in taxpayers dollars]and is one of the nation’s loudest voices calling for comprehensive immigration reform [Amnesty]  that would create a pathway to citizenship for the millions of illegal immigrants now in the United States. He called on Obama to live up to a campaign promise to pass immigration reform.

The Rev. Al Sharpton, had to get more free press and face time by not passing up this opportunity to expose his radical anti American rhetoric…

that just as freedom riders battled segregation in the 1960s, he would organize “freedom walkers” to challenge the Arizona bill. “We will go to Arizona when this bill goes into effect and walk the streets with people who refuse to give identification and force arrest,”

Sharpton

Anarchism What Does it Mean?

Anarchism is a political philosophy which considers the state undesirable, unnecessary and harmful, and instead promotes a stateless society, or anarchy.[1][2] It seeks to diminish or even abolish authority in the conduct of human relations

Back to The Reality in Arizona

Arizona passes a law which mirrors the federal government law, holds accountable people that break the law, and that makes them Nazi’s?

Liberal Progressive, Democrats are purely stupid. This is not the way to buy more votes for the 2012 Elections. The more the progressives talk the more embolden they become, the more America’s eyes are being opened. We have been infiltrated by a cancer called communism, implementing Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” and creating another emergency in this case Arizona, to invoke the next step of the Cloward Pivan Strategy to create the crash of the Free Market Economy.
