The Tanning Salon Tax – ‘For Whites Only” – Profiling & Racial Discrimination
The Progressive Get a Pass for Profiling and Racism
Everybody seems overly concerned with profiling aliens, immigrants, people, Mexicans, that are breaking the law in the United States of America. The minority of the population using radical “squeaky wheels tactics”. Claim “Oh it is only white people, hell they should not even be able to say racism”. The AMA fought the botox tax so the Obama Regime of Reid and Pelosi needed a new victim, who else but the little guy, the small business owners with no lobbying power of money to fight off this legislation.
Most “progressive” initiatives have a “Women and Minorities Hardest Hit” angle.
This victim-du-jour is less appealing: “Middle- and Upper-Middle Class White Women are the Hardest Hit”.
The Tanning Salon Tax is racial profiling and racial discrimination, by imposing a tax on specific ethnic or religious groups. A tax imposed purely for the sake of penalizing white women and gay men is racist. We feel comfortable calling police officers rascist because they ask for proper identification when making a routine traffic stop or for other unlawful acts [hence the name peace officers]. These cry wolf tactics are nothing more then a Saul Alinsky tactic to discredit conservatives as “hate-mongers” while posturing the radical Al Sharptons as the savior to the poor and downtrodden. This scenario has been working for the progressive communist party since the time of Woodrow Wilson.
Alsinky Style Tactics
These are not the newest attack on America’s Sovereignty by the radical progressive left. You guess it Amnesty and then voting rights for the 13-30 million illegal [illegal means unlawful, lawbreaking, breaking the law] aliens, Hispanics, Mexicans, Latinos (choose one) that steal money, tax dollars, education, and health care from US taxpayers, [hence the reason for the term illegal].
THOMPSON: For years I’ve suggested that racism was in decline and yeah, there are some, you know, incidents that still happen with regards to racism, but most of the claims I’ve said for years, well, they’re not really real. But I realize now that I was wrong. For I now too feel the pain of racism. Racism has been dropped at my front door and the front door of all lighter-skinned Americans. The health care bill the president just singed into law includes a 10 percent tax on all indoor tanning sessions starting July 1st, and I say, who uses tanning? Is it dark-skinned people? I don’t think so. I would guess that most tanning sessions are from light-skinned Americans. Why would the President of the United States of America — a man who says he understands racism, a man who has been confronted with racism — why would he sign such a racist law? Why would he agree to do that? Well now I feel the pain of racism.
The Obama administration buries a tax increase on tanning salons in a health care takeover so where the hell is Al Sharpton and the ACLU? If they are for “social justice” are they to busy to screaming hate crime, and Obama is a Nazi? It is probably because they did not read the health care bill, come to think of it neither did anyone that voted.
More White House Bidenism’s
The Arizona political party republican, or democrats are being demonized by the communist party of America for casting a vote to protect the citizens of Arizona. Confused? It is meant to be [see Hegelian Dialectic]You would think after the beer summit, the result of “open mouth insert foot arrogance’ that the White House would have learned to slow down the “Bidenisms’ from occurring.
Calling someone rascist because he owns a colored TV is about the same as calling a Governor and 60% of the population ‘racists from Nazi-zona” because they are “Oath Keepers” those that are upholding the US and State Constitutions.
Securing the the rights of lawful citizens, including borders, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, is the job and the only job of the Federal Government. Illegal meaning breaking the law, need to be held accountable, you know that behavior trait that was America before the communist infiltration great expansion in the 1960′s
The Arizona law bans sanctuary cities that refuse to enforce immigration laws, stiffens penalties against illegal alien day laborers and their employers, makes it a misdemeanor for immigrants to fail to complete and carry an alien registration document, and allows the police to arrest immigrants unable to show documents proving they are in the U.S. legally. If those rules constitute the racist, fascist, xenophobic, inhumane regime that the National Council of La Raza, Al Sharpton, Catholic bishops and their grievance-mongering followers claim, then what about these regulations and restrictions imposed on foreigners?
Why are Catholic Bishops hanging out with radical groups like La Raza, and the ACLU? Groups funded by Economic Terrorist George Soros, the Joyce Foundation and Goldman Sachs, groups that are hell bent on over ruining the country by overloading the taxpayers ability to pay for illegal immigrant services. The radicals in charge are advancing the Cloward-Pivan Strategy overloading US entitlement system which was set up to protect and save the poor and downtrodden. Sorry Cardinal Mahony, You are a US citizen and it is your responsibility to follow the US Law, not any law you desire but the US Law!
Cardinal Roger Mahony wrote in a blog post, “I can’t imagine Arizonans now reverting to German Nazi and Russian Communist techniques.” The president of the Hispanic Federation said the law “reminded me of Nazi Germany.” Cooler heads merely compared it to apartheid or 1960s-era civil-rights abuses.

Either Party Republicans or Democrats Can Agree
Arizona has the right govern Arizona, the Federal Government has sat on its hands afraid to do the job we the people elected them to do. Why? Because they want the votes of the Americas Hispanic population by positioning themselves as their ally in Washington. Arizona passed the same law that has been on the federal books since 1950 yet not enforced. Arizona is now being demonized by the progressives using “Rules for Radicals” strategies. Arizona a “Draconian Nazi State”? If this is the case then so is the federal government.
- There’s a whole lot of crap just like this TanningTax buried in the health care bill; we’ve only seen the tip of the iceberg.
- All new punitive lifestyle taxes are repugnant, especially ones with an identifiable “racialist” or “classist” angle.
- EPA’s regulatory attention does not always reflect the hazard, but rather the perceived deep pockets of the regulatee.
The communist party of America [progressive democrats] better be careful the ACLU may just be forced forced to sue them over the gay men portion of this tanning salon tax. The radical left progressives do not care about rasicm they care about increasing need for the Mexican immigrants at the polling booth for 2012? I wonder if they realize we have read ‘Rules for Radicals”?
In addition to the false racist claims in the useless media now the “Economist Magazine” jumps in the fray with this classic tactical attack on an Arizona Republican Senator.
This article jumps on the mainstream media bandwagon in opposing this law. Lets look at some of the statements that are untrue and/or inaccurate:
1) “He loathed them even before his son Sean, also a sheriff’s deputy, got shot by one. But now it is personal. ”
- where is the evidence that Sen. Pearce hates illegal immigrants, either now or before his son was murdered? Sorry, but being pro-immigration enforcement does not equal hatred. But if that is your opinion then so be it.
2) “Mr Pearce’s law, however, would also make it a state crime and would require the police, as opposed to federal agents, to make arrests and check the immigration status of individuals who look suspicious to them.”
- the law would require state police to work in conjunction with federal immigration agents, not opposed to them. They also would require probable cause to check immigration status, and would not be able to check whenever they are merely suspicious.
3) “To a great many other people, however, it screams racial profiling.”
- to the contrary, 70% of Arizonans support the bill, including 53% of democrats.
4)” Arizona is an overwhelmingly white state, and virtually all illegal immigrants—perhaps about half a million in the state—are Hispanic. Whom else would cops suspect and arrest but the brown ones? Even American Latinos who happen to be out without their driving licence might be at risk.”
- First off, many hispanics are white, some are native indian, some mestizo. Your generalizations are insulting. Many other groups, including Asians and Middle Easterners have been crossing the border besides just hispanics. Once again, the standard is probable cause to initiate a stop. Where is the evidence that the professional Arizona police force will suddenly take to abuse of power when the same constitutional protections apply? Or that American hispanics will be at risk? risk of what? once again, no support or basis for this opinion.
5) “Republicans run Arizona and are now in a state of hysteria”
- A rancher being killed by a foreign national because of an unsecured border is a serious matter. You would liken efforts to secure our southern border to hysteria??
6) “Roger Mahony is archbishop of America’s largest, and very Hispanic, archdiocese, Los Angeles, and will soon be succeeded by a Latino. He calls Mr Pearce’s bill “the country’s most retrogressive, mean-spirited and useless anti-immigrant law” and wonders whether Arizonans are “now reverting to German Nazi and Russian Communist techniques”.”
- Mahony panders to a pro-open borders constituancy in the LA area. He directed the clergy in 2006 to ignore federal immigration law, so he simply doesnt care for any immigration law. He should also worry about his own problems first. Under his watch, 508 victims were paid in settlement for sexual abuse claims. Why are you quoting this individual as if he has credibility on the Arizona immigration law?
I would at least respect this article if there was an honest position taken. Unfortunately, it is just misleading drivel

“Our message today is: ‘Mr. President we listened, and we came out in record massive numbers to support you,”‘ said U.S. Rep. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill. “We need you to support us today.”
Gutierrez is one of the nation’s loudest voices calling for comprehensive immigration reform that would create a pathway to citizenship for the millions of illegal immigrants now in the United States. He called on Obama to live up to a campaign promise to pass immigration reform.
The Rev. Al Sharpton, speaking Sunday in New York, said that just as freedom riders battled segregation in the 1960s, he would organize “freedom walkers” to challenge the Arizona bill.
“We will go to Arizona when this bill goes into effect and walk the streets with people who refuse to give identification and force arrest,” Sharpton said.
