Tea Party Patriots Taking Back Our Flag

“The problems in life come when we are sowing one thing and expecting to reap something entirely different”

Steven Covey

The great “Usurper in Chief” has buried in the White House and the rest of the administration implementing the progressive agenda interpreted as the progressive destruction of America. In addition to the Federal Takeover of Everything in America, the Incompetent Obama Administration has taken over everything from car companies, to regulating CO2, to health care, waterways and fishing rights,  all new and current oil,  gas & coal leases including.
This administration is the most transparent group of anti-American people in the history of the country. Time and history has proven time and time again, the incompetence of the federal government and its ability to manage anything except the US military.
The Independent Bloghorn Blog has a great discussion on the mismanagement of federal lands in conjunction with stealing millions of dollars in tax revenue and potential revenue from the states in the Western USA. Utah alone has seen hundreds of millions of dollars “usurped”
Federal Land Grabs

Federal Land Grabs

The United States government has direct ownership of almost 650 million acres of land (2.63 million square kilometers) – nearly 30% of its total territory. These federal lands are used as military bases or testing grounds, nature parks and reserves and indian reservations, or are leased to the private sector for commercial exploitation (e.g. forestry, mining, agriculture).

They are managed by different administrations, such as the Bureau of Land Management, the US Forest Service, the US Fish and Wildlife Service, the National Park Service, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the US Department of Defense, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Bureau of Reclamation or the Tennessee Valley Authority.

This map details the percentage of state territory owned by the federal government. The top 10 list of states with the highest percentage of federally owned land looks like this:

1. Nevada           84.5%
2. Alaska            69.1%
3. Utah               57.4%
4. Oregon           53.1%
5. Idaho              50.2%
6. Arizona           48.1%
7. California        45.3%
8. Wyoming         42.3%
9. New Mexico     41.8%
10.Colorado          36.6%

Utah has a new senate hope full working to position himself out of now where to take on Long time Senator From Utah Bennett Discussing the issue of Federal Land Grabs in the Western United States Mike Lee referred to the clause in the U.S. Constitution that requires that state legislatures consent to the federal acquisition of land, …We are in fact being compelled into an undue obedience to the general government by virtue of the fact that they control 70% of our land, and on top of that tell us that we don’t exercise the bundle of rights accompanied with state sovereignty. They’re wrong.”

The federal government is taking over everything, they are using water in the San Joaquin Valley as leverage to guy votes, water that was turned off by the radical incompetent progressive California representatives, water that cost thousands of farmers and Californians jobs, businesses, money. The incompetence of Nancy Pelosi, and Obama like a cancer is creeping through the country one industry, one state, one congressman at a time. Buyer beware whether it is the “Cornhusker Kickback” or a promise to a Illinois Representative that Amnesty will be move forward, rationing water to farmers to save a fish, it doesn’t matter how you slice it a bribe is a bribe. This administration is corrupt, radical communists have been voted in and now have been invited to overrun the White House, laying the groundwork  for the unconstitutional take over of America.

“It is a federal offense to offer any man a federal job in return for a favor.”

John F. Kennedy
